Course Overview The NCC Education Level 7 Diploma in Business Management is an Ofqual-regulated postgraduate qualification for graduates and experienced managers. It develops advanced management understanding across areas such as marketing, information strategy, project management, finance, leadership, entrepreneurship and innovation. Qualification Structure / Units Diploma route – choose six units from eight, worth 120 credits in total. Professional unit certificate – choose one unit for a focused 20-credit postgraduate-level certificate. Available units – Information Systems and Knowledge Management, International Marketing Strategy, Corporate Finance and Decision Making, Leadership, People and Change, Digital Marketing and Communications, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Strategic Management, and Project Management. Entry Requirements Academic route: an honours degree in a relevant subject area from a UK university or equivalent non-UK award. Combined route: an honours degree in a non-relevant subject area plus three years of relevant management experience. Management experience route: five years of management experience in a relevant industry or area. Students without a degree-level qualification taught and examined in English should have IELTS 6.5 or above, or an accepted alternative such as Oxford Test of English where applicable. Assessment Each unit includes lecture, tutorial and/or seminar delivery plus private study. Units are assessed by assignment only. Academic Progression The L7DBM is recognised for MBA and MSc top-up routes, including options with the University of Plymouth, Cardiff Metropolitan University and Glasgow Caledonian University. Accreditation Status The NCC Education Level 7 Diploma in Business Management is regulated by Ofqual.
